Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel scheduled appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Alternatively, Clients can reschedule appointments up to 12 hour before start time. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment or re-scheduled within 12 hours of scheduled appointment, this will be considered a NO-SHOW and Client's saved card on file will be charged a fee of $100 which is non-refundable but is transferable and can be applied to a re-scheduled service if booked within 7 days of original scheduled appointment. After 7 days, the $100 fee will non-transferable to another service.
